How to use
How to Use:
- Select your preferred attachment (e.g., ball for large muscle groups, bullet for trigger points).
- Power on the device and choose one of three speeds based on your comfort and target area.
- Apply gently to muscles - use the pressure sensor’s LED to find the ideal pressure without pushing too hard.
- Move slowly over muscles in sweeping motions; spend 30 seconds on each area.
- Relax afterwards, and recharge the device once battery low. Wipe heads with a clean cloth and keep stored in a dry bag.
