Deliveries direct from approved suppliers

Some of our suppliers will deliver your order directly to you instead of it coming from Boots.

Our approved suppliers currently include Tutti Bambini, Cosatto, East Coast, My Babiie, NeoG, Homecraft, Activity Superstore (gift experiences), Maxi Cosi, Clair De Lune, Ickle Bubba, AB Gee, Little Botanicals & Baby More. As new suppliers come on board, we’ll keep this page updated.

Delivery information

Products from our approved suppliers will be clearly marked on the product description page but the online checkout process will remain the same. These items will not fall under the Boots delivery promise and the following may apply:
• Delivery times may vary
• Delivery may take between 5-7 days (Please note: Delivery times may take longer during peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas. Please check individual product pages for further details).
• These items are only available for home delivery. You cannot use Click & Collect
• They will be delivered separately from any other items ordered

Returns

You can return unwanted items delivered direct from suppliers within 35 days for a refund or replacement. Please note that a refund can take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your card by your bank when you return it to the supplier.

Items delivered direct from a supplier cannot be returned to Boots, please see the paperwork you received with the order on how to return these items. If your order is faulty or not to a satisfactory quality, Boots will manage the return, please contact Boots Customer Care team for assistance. If you return your item to a Boots store, we’ll be unable to issue a refund until it’s returned to the supplier.

Can I get next day delivery with an approved supplier?

No, unfortunately we cannot supply this service with direct delivery items. Your delivery will arrive in 5-7 days.

Can I have my item delivered to store?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver these items to a store for collection. As they are despatched directly from our supplier, they are only available for home delivery.

Can you return an item that was bought by someone else?

You can, as long as it’s returned within 35 days of receiving the order. See the paperwork you received with the order on how to return these items. Any refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

How do I return an item despatched by an approved supplier?

Boots are unable to offer a refund or return for items despatched directly from our approved suppliers, you should contact the supplier directly. On the occasion that items are faulty or not to a satisfactory quality, Boots will manage the return, please contact Boots Customer Care team for assistance.

Details of the supplier’s helpline will be on the despatch note. You have 35 days from the date you received your order to return any unwanted items.

How do I return a gift experience?

If you haven’t booked your experience you can return it at the Activity Superstore using the paperwork in the original order.

If you’ve already booked your experience you will need to contact the booking line.

Are the refund periods the same as Boots?

Boots are unable to offer a refund or return for items despatched directly from our approved suppliers. You should contact the supplier directly for information on refunds. You can return unwanted items delivered direct from suppliers within 35 days for a refund or replacement.
