Packed with 24 vitamins and minerals, including 7 key nutrients that can be hard to get in sufficient quantities from a plant-based diet alone: Vitamins B12 and D3, Selenium, Calcium, Iodine, Iron and Zinc. Due to the importance of B12 in a Vegan diet in particular, we have formulated to a higher strength to reduce tiredness and fatigue, while also supporting a healthy immune system and nervous system.
Omega 3 Algae Capsule:
Long chain Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, are essential for your daily health yet nearly impossible to obtain from a plant-based diet alone. These capsules contain a natural, vegan-friendly source of Omega 3 from algae, which delivers a high amount of EPA and DHA. DHA supports a healthy brain and vision. EPA and DHA support a healthy heart.
DHA supports a healthy brain function and healthy vision with the beneficial effect obtained by a daily intake of 250mg
Free from information artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Lactose Free.
