How to use
Glide pencil tip along the lash line for a classic eye liner look. Draw precise, artistic lines on eyes for a more graphic look or smudge with fingers or a brush for a more diffused look. One full twist = one dose. Propel-only dispenser doesn't retract. Close the cap after use.
