How to use
Apply morning and/or evening. Warm the milk between the palms of your hands. Apply using upward strokes, using your flat hand on your arm, and alternating flat hands on your stomach, thighs and glutes.
Make figure-of-eight movements to work the texture: apply pressure on the upward movement to push the tissues up and come down gently, without pressure, to bring them back in place.
