How to use Nicorette Icy White Gum 4mg?

For adults and children 12 years and over:

Please note the chewing technique below and read the leaflet carefully before starting to use the products.

Chew 1 piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke

To make sure you get the most from Nicorette Icy White Gum you should use the correct chewing technique:

Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.
When this happens, rest the gum between your cheek and teeth.
Chewing the gum releases the nicotine, which is then absorbed through the lining of the mouth.
When the taste has faded chew the gum again.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

If you are pregnant, talk to your doctor, local Boots pharmacist or nurse for advice before using this product.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Do not exceed the stated dose.
