Arrow Product details

Biomechanically engineered in conjunction with leading podiatrists, Neo G NeoThotics Pro-Expert Orthotic Insoles provide effective relief from pain and underlying conditions associated with misalignment and abnormal movement of the feet.

The full contact Tru-Arch support provides support for flat feet and fallen arches, helping ease arch pain and symptoms of plantar fasciitis, while the Multi-Way Motion Control supports the foot in three directions and can help correct posture and alignment. As well as supporting the first metatarsal head, the Dual Density Cushioning works in synergy with the Deep Heel Cup to help with heel pain, ankle instability and Achilles tendonitis, providing stability and comfort. The insoles can also provide relief from Hallux Limitus by helping correct the motion of the big toe and feature a metatarsal dome to help ease symptoms of Morton's Neuroma.

Featuring flexible comfort edges, the Neo G NeoThotics Pro-Expert Full Length Orthotic Insoles are unisex with a trim to fit anatomical design for versatile everyday use in a variety of footwear.

As with many medical aids, the Pro-Expert Full Length Insole may feel uncomfortable to wear at first and it is recommended that the insoles are worn for one to two hours a day until they feel comfortable. During this time (approximately a week), the nerve endings in your foot are sending signals to your brain as they react to the insoles. The muscles in your feet and legs will begin to adapt to the insoles, realigning the body, until underlying problems are eased, helping to reduce pain in areas such as the knees and back.

Insole Size    UK Shoe Size    EU Shoe Size
S                     2.5 – 5.5             35 - 38
M                     6 - 9                    39 - 42
L                      9.5 – 11.5          43 - 46

How to use

Test the insole directly in the shoe, if resizing is required using a sharp tool (e.g. Scissors, Knife) trim to size using the below instructions:
If possible, remove the existing insole from your shoe. Use this as a template to trim the insole to fit into the shoe. The existing insole should not be used if using this insole.

If the existing insole is not available, trim the insole to the approximate size using the trimming lines on the base of the insole, the insole should be approximately 1cm / ½ inch longer than the length of your foot. The trimming lines on the insole (A, B, C) are provided as a trimming shape and guide only. You may fall in-between the trimming lines or not need to resize the insoles.

Test the fit in the shoe, if it is still too large, carefully remove a small amount at a time until it fits tightly.
Ensure the insole is positioned, fabric side up, against the back/rear of the footwear and check it is flat, level and comfortable before wear.

The insoles can be cleaned by hand using soap and lukewarm water only (do not use fabric softener), then leave to air dry in a flat position. Do not fully immerse the insole in water or use any external heat sources as this can damage the product. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or iron.
