How to use
Remove the cap, and carefully glide the eyeliner along your upper lash line, staying as close to the lash line.
Stick with a thin line if you’re after a subtle, lash thickening effect. If you’d rather have a bolder look, or want to add a wing, repeat this process until you have your desired width.
