How to use
1. Create the perfect canvas with Huda Beauty’s Black & White Matte Basics Melted Shadows or a concealer of your choice.
2. Build your base with matte shadows.
3. Pick up the metallic shades using a dense flat brush for a soft metallic finish. For a full-coverage foil effect, add a layer of metallic using your fingers or sponge applicator.
4. Using a wet eyeliner brush or lip brush, blend water on the cake liner and apply on lids (over eyeshadow or directly on skin) to create your desired look.
