By pressing the button on the personal alarm, the alarm wearer will be automatically connected to our 24-hour Emergency Resolution Team. One of our highly trained operators will speak to them through the alarm equipment. Even if they’re unable to respond, we will know who they are and contact nominated family, friends, or the emergency services and ensure the right assistance gets to them as soon as possible. 

We have a range of cutting-edge personal alarm technology from personal alarms where the wearer can speak through the base unit, to fully mobile personal alarms with built-in location-aware GPS, where the wearer can speak to the operator through the alarm pendant.

If the alarm user is unable to speak, the Emergency Resolution Team will still be able to help and assist. The operator will know exactly who is calling, and where, and have the caller’s emergency contacts and medical information to hand. Our highly trained team will quickly assess the situation and get assistance from family, friends or the emergency services if required.

When the alarm wearer joins our life-saving personal alarm service, we ask for their full details, including address, medical details and nominated contacts who will be called in the first instance in an emergency call. Even if the alarm user is unable to speak on an emergency call, our operators will know exactly who is speaking and where and get assistance to them as soon as possible.

All our personal alarms are easy to set up and use. Simple to follow, voice-guided instructions help the alarm user or family member to set up and use the personal alarm quickly and easily.
