Each capsule contains a blend of B vitamins & magnesium to support your energy levels, calcium plus vitamin D & K for triple action bone support, and vitamin B6 for hormonal support tailored for your individual menopause journey.
Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes and supports healthy bone & muscle function.
Calcium & Vitamin D helps reduce the loss of bone mineral density in post-menopausal women 50+ years old. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures. How to use
Designed to give your gut a helping throughout your menopause journey. During the perimenopause take 1 capsule a day with plenty of liquid, ideally taken with food. During the menopause take 2 capsules a day with plenty of liquid, ideally taken with food. Do not exceed the daily dose.
