The Garmin connect app can even track your menstrual cycle of pregnancy.
With adaptive training plans featuring guidance from coaches, the Forerunner® 55 can provide you with individual plans adapted to your goals. Switch up your workouts with activity profiles for track or virtual running, pool swimming, Pilates and breathwork. Even control your music from your watch with song skipping when paired with your smartphone. With incident detection you can even send your live location to your contacts manually or automatically.
