How to use

Carefully tear open the pouch and using a mirror apply the long strip to your upper front teeth (gel side to teeth). Fold the excess part of the strip to the back of your teeth.  Repeat with the smaller strip to your front bottom teeth.  After 20-30 minutes carefully remove strips and immediately rinse mouth with water or brush away any excess gel with toothbrush

Not recommended for use for people with gum disease, gingivitis or dental braces.  Only for use of persons 18 years and over
