Neo Nude Melting Color Balm is a versatile balm for cheeks and eyes made in an oil-in-powder clean formulation. Its airy-moist texture composed of 40% oil allows it to effortlessly blend into the skin. Formulated without parabens, mineral oils and phenoxyethanol, its soft and bouncy consistency feels smooth and ultra-comfortable on the skin with a natural matte finish. The product is available in 9 unique subdued shades.
How to use
Use your fingertips to warm up the formula using a circular motion and pick up a bit of product. To apply for a flush of color, you start by gently dabbing into your cheeks and blending outwards with a clean finger - this gives you a soft, natural look. For added pigment, add another layer of the product and blend with your fingertips. For the eyelids, apply using the ring finger on all the eyelid and blend softly outwards.
