What’s Kefir?
Kefir - derived from the Turkish word ‘keif’ meaning ‘good feeling’ – is an ancient fermented milk product, containing billions of live cultures. Traditionally consumed as yogurt, kefir is known to have a thick texture and a sour taste!
What are Boots Kefir Capsules?
Boots Kefir capsules have absolutely no thick texture or sour taste. Each gut-friendly capsule is made with freeze dried organic Kefir milk and packed with 5 billion live Kefir cultures from 3 different strains, plus calcium to support normal digestion.
Triphase technology ensures our friendly bacteria survive at room temperature, no need to refrigerate.
With added calcium to contribute to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
Free from Artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives.

How to use
Take 1 capsule a day with plenty of liquid, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the daily dose.

This product also contains an orange desiccant inside the bottle. This is not for consumption and is included in the bottle to help protect the biotic cultures which are sensitive to moisture. Please keep the desiccant inside the bottle once opened and the product is in use. Once all supplements have been consumed, please dispose of the desiccant separately in normal waste before recycling the bottle.
