For external use only.
Do not apply the gel pack directly to the skin; always use hot/cold compress with cover provided. If the cover is unavailable, wrap the gel pack in a cloth before applying to the skin.
Do not apply to damaged skin or an open wound.
People with diabetes, heart disease or poor circulation should consult their doctor before using the product.
Do not, lay or lean against hot/cold compress pack as it might burst or leak. Do not fall asleep using the hot/cold compress pack.
This product is non-toxic; if swallowed, drink several glasses of water. Should contents come into contact with eyes, flood with water immediately.
Do not use with any topical pain relivers or ointments.
Do not use if you have impaired sensation, cognitive or communication deficit that preclude reporting of pain, irradiated skin or those with fragile skin, such as the elderly, small infants or patients on steroid therapy.
For children, elderly and people unable to follow usage instructions, always use under adult supervision.
As equipment temperatures vary, monitor skin condition during application.

If the gel pack is being used following an injury, seek medical advice if no improvement in the condition is seen within 72 hours. If the injury is severe or in any doubt, seek medical advice immediately.
