WHAT IS BED OF NAILS?
The bed of nails originated over 1,000 years ago and was used by gurus in the practice of meditation. Bed of Nails® has created a modern, ergonomically designed version of that ancient technology, with a Swedish twist, to model those same effects. With thousands of non-toxic plastic nails with all the benefits of its ancestor.
Everybody reacts differently to Bed of Nails, and the effects may vary from time to time, depending on when it is used.
How to use
HOW DO I USE BED OF NAILS?
Use your Bed of Nails when needed, preferably daily for 10 to 20 minutes. Everyone is different, so it is key that you find the best way for you to use your BON.
BON Active Mat - 8820 nails
For an easy, on-the-go travel mat, we have removed the filler in this version of our beloved Bed of Nails. Now you can roll up your mat and bring it anywhere. Simply drape it over any soft surface, like an armchair or bed, for a quick treatment.
The Bed of Nails Mat may be used on the back or the front of the body. The Mat can be used in combination with the Bed of Nails Pillow to target curved areas like the neck, lumbar and under the feet.
