A super blendable and precise pencil on one end and a spoolie brush on the other to tame and shape to perfection!

How to use

Using the brush provided, comb the hairs in place and then proceed to fill them in lightly with the pencil on the other end! Finish the look by brushing through to maintain your shape and have that power brow again!
