Bach Rescue Night combines 5 original flower essences discovered by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930's, plus the White Chestnut essence to help switch off the mind from unwanted repetitive thoughts, and to this day is still made using flowers hand-picked from his original gardens in Oxfordshire, UK.

These flower essences combine to help you enjoy a natural night's sleep.

To use: Put 4 drops into a drink of your choice or put 4 drops on your tongue as often as required
