1. Entry into this competition will be made when you upload your ‘make-up to no make-up’ Reverse Transformation video, using the hashtags #ReverseTransformation and #TeaTreeAndWitchHazel on TikTok. 

2. All entrants must be 16 years of age and residents of the UK. Employees of Boots UK Limited, their families, dependents and agents and any other person connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. 

3. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary. 

4. The competition begins on Tuesday 8th June 2021 and the closing date for the competition is midnight Monday 28th June 2021. 

5. 1 winner will be randomly selected from all entries. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

6. The one (1) winner will be notified directly via TikTok direct message by Monday 5^th July 2021 through the ‘TeaTreeAndWitchHazel’ TikTok account. If the winner is not following ‘TeaTreeAndWitchHazel’ TikTok account at the time, they will receive a comment from the ‘TeaTreeAndWitchHazel’ TikTok account requesting for them to follow back, so they can be contacted. The winner will be required to email the Boots email address given to them through direct message. This must be acknowledged by the winner within 7 days. Failure to respond to the comment or direct message means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received. The winner will be asked to provide contact details through email for the purposes of awarding the prize only.

7. The winners 5 guests must be 16 years old or above. If the winner is under 16 at the time of prize fulfilment, at least one of the 5 guests must be adult aged 18 years of age or older, either a parent or a guardian. 

8. The winner’s prize package shall be provided by Black Tomato Agency. 

9. Black Tomato Agency shall contact the Winner within two weeks of accepting the Prize Package following selection and notification by The Promoter. They will manage the fulfilment of the Prize Package direct to the winner and be the key point of contact for any queries. Black Tomato Agency shall be fully responsible for fulfilling the winner’s Prize Package. 

10. The Winners Total Prize package shall be provided by Black Tomato Agency. This includes the Luxury Staycation Package and will be awarded to one (1) winner. Luxury Staycation package will include: 

i. Four (4) days and three (3) nights’ accommodation at Alchemy Hill, Hay-on-Wye, Wales through Unique Homestays for six (6) people. 

ii. Fully stocked kitchen for six (6) people. 

iii. £200 travel allowance 

iv.Six (6) Boots Hampers on arrival full of Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel products. 

v. Six (6) Satin pillowcases and six (6) sleep masks provided for all guests. 

vi.One (1) 60-minute treatment for each guest (six). Treatment option to be selected by the winner and five (5) guests based on selection range provided on arrival. 

11. Black Tomato Agency will require the winners (or parent/guardian of winner if under 18) card details to hold on file and in the event of any damages, this card will be charged to cover the necessary cost incurred. 

12. There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable. Boots UK Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

13. The trip must take place no later than 13th July 2022 or the Prize Package will be forfeited. 

14. Dates are subject to availability and exclude Bank Holidays including Christmas and New Year (18th December 2021– 8th January 2022) & Valentine’s Day (14th February 2022). Once booked, your date cannot be amended. Please note that some dates require a minimum stay and therefore are not available for this prize. In the event of the winner being unable to attend their booking due to becoming ill with COVID-19, it is at the discretion of Alchemy Hill to postpone the trip. In the event of a postponement, Black Tomato Agency will then provide the option for one (1) change in booking date.

15. Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok. You are providing your information to Boots UK Limited and not to TikTok. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of TikTok from any claims. Participation in this promotion is subject to the official rules. 

18. Entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third-party entries will be disqualified. Boots UK Limited reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion, to refuse to accept any entrant and/or to select a winning entry at Boots UK Limited’s absolute discretion. 

19. The Promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winner (Surname and County of residence). 

i. If you object to your Surname and County being made available on request, in the event of being a prize winner, you must notify the promoter by emailing Lauren.Gadsby@boots.co.uk. Your details can still be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority should they request this information to assess compliance with the CAP Code. 

ii. For a list of prize winners, please write to Lauren Gadsby at D90 WG14, Boots Head Office, Thane Road, Beeston, NG90 1BS after 13/07/2021 enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope. 

20. No correspondence, except for notification of prizes, shall be entered into unless otherwise opted-in for. 

21. We (the Promoter) shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond our control.
