What is baby skincare?
Simply put, baby skincare is all about using products that have been made specifically for newborns and their delicate skin.

Newborns in particular have very thin and easily damaged skin, and it takes a few weeks for their skin to develop its own natural, protective barrier. Because of this, the NHS advise that you don’t need to bathe your baby every day, but if they enjoy it there's no reason why you shouldn’t. You should use plain water and avoid using any skincare products for at least the first month – even if a product says it’s suitable for new-borns.
