If your not 100% satisfied with your No7 Skincare product and as we’re keepers of our word, we’d like to offer you your money back.
If you’ve been following our 4 week programme and are not 100% satisfied with the results, just follow these steps:
1. Simply download and complete this claim form no earlier than 28 days from your purchase as evidenced by the date on your receipt.
2. Attach a valid receipt clearly showing your No7 Skincare product purchase, the date and time of purchase and which store the purchase was made at (unless online). We strongly recommend you take a photocopy of your receipt before sending us the original. Note that your claim form can NOT be dated earlier than 28 days after the date of your receipt, but not dated after 12 July 2022.
3. Send the completed form and original purchase receipt along with a minimum of 50% of the product to the relevant Freepost address (If 4 weeks of usage, as per the product instructions, means that less than 50% of the product remains, you will still be entitled to claim your money back)

On receipt of the claim form with a valid receipt and original product, providing the terms and conditions have been adhered to and your claim is valid, we will issue a refund either by cheque or Advantage Card Points, as dictated by the original payment method. If you paid with money, the cheque will be made out to the participant as set out in the claim form and sent to the postal address as set out in the claim form; if you earned any Advantage Card Points with this purchase, you will retain these. If you paid with Advantage Card Points, the Advantage Card Points spent on the product you are returning will be refunded onto your Advantage Card.
If you have purchased products on a multi-buy offer (for example, a 3 for 2), the free product will not be refunded via cheque or Advantage Card Points due to it not having been paid for with either money or Advantage Card Points; other products purchased within the multi-buy deal will be refunded in line with the price paid stated on the receipt.
