BRAND HISTORY
Founded in Paris in 1948 by Jean Cassegrain, Longchamp remains a family-owned business managed by the second and third generation of the same family.
Originally started by manufacturing deluxe, leather-covered pipes, the Longchamp collection has evolved and expanded with a focus on travel luggage, handbags and small leather goods.
Longchamp Collections are renowned for their artisanship, French elegance and creativity: they are distributed in 80 countries across a network of 1,500 points of sale.

ROSEAU
The Roseau line of bags is characterised by a simple, streamlined design adorned with a bamboo-style closure that has become the signature of this series. Roseau has also become an iconic detail of the Eyewear Collection: this line is characterised by a customised stylistic design element on the temples and a bamboo embellishment on the hinges.
LE PLIAGE
The Le Pliage bag is inspired by the Japanese art of origami: simple yet ingenious, it has become a fan favorite all over the world. The wide color range and the shade contrasts, together with the foldable system, are also the signature of Le Pliage frames: functional and simple styles characterised by feminine and fashionable shapes.
