ABOUT LEVA PAIN PROGRAMME SERVICES
Leva was the UK’s first online clinic for chronic pain. Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with chronic pain. With input from pain experts and patients, we have developed a self-guided Pain Management Programme, an online tool that helps you understand your pain, the science behind it and ways to live with it. You’ll set personal goals and discover practical techniques to achieve them.
After registering online you’ll get access to a structured 12-step audio journey targeting pain management and pain psychology, and use regular goal setting and review sessions to keep you on track. Each step has bite-sized chunks with exercises to help you:
● Set meaningful goals
● Learn techniques to cope with flare-ups
● Discover ways to improve sleep, move more confidently and get back to the activities you enjoy

The Leva Pain Management Programme is currently free to access until 31st July 2023.
Any UK resident over 18 years old can register for the programme.
The team at Leva Clinic includes registered pain experts, consultant physiotherapists, clinical psychologists and consultant nurses. They are all NHS experts in the field of pain and are all highly experienced in the management of persistent pain.
The Pain Management Programme is currently designed for people who have been experiencing pain for longer than 3 months.
The programme is accessible through both mobile devices and desktop devices, making it accessible at a time or place that is convenient for you.
