We have designed Menopause & Me™ Menopause Complex and Perimenopause Complex carefully to provide a broad range of vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts and other nutrients to help ensure you get your daily requirements. Other Menopause and Me supplements have a select range of vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts and other nutrients targeted to help meet the need for extra support with energy and vitality, radiance and glow or mind and focus. We have identified that many people going through this life stage are looking for support with these.

However, it’s important with certain nutrients that they are not consumed in excess on a daily basis, therefore, if you are are

considering taking additional supplements, please speak to our instore Boots Pharmacist.

The UK Department of Health & Social Care recommends that all adults should consider taking a daily 10μg vitamin D supplement during the autumn and winter when the sun is not strong enough to make vitamin D.*

As we get older, people often seek extra support to help maintain healthy bones and muscles. Therefore, we have included a higher level of vitamin D (20μg) in all Menopause & Me™ supplements.

There is no reason why you can’t take the Perimenopause Complex, however, we would recommend switching to Menopause & Me™ Menopause Complex which is specifically tailored for this stage.

Both supplements contain a variety of vitamins and minerals. However, Menopause Complex includes added 400mg of calcium which is important during this stage when supporting bone health. Calcium when combined with vitamin D helps reduce the loss of bone mineral density in postmenopausal women over 50 years old. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures.

Those who are at this life stage may experience a range of signs and symptoms during menopause. If you’re looking for an allround

support, we recommend taking the Boots Menopause & Me™ Perimenopause Complex or Menopause Complex. These supplements contain a variety of ingredients tailored to support you throughout your menopause journey.

If you have one particular need that you’re looking to address, we have created tailored supplements to help you. These are Energy & Vitality (for those experiencing low energy levels), Mind & Focus (for those who need extra support with their cognitive function) and Radiance & Glow (for those looking to support their skin and hair).
