Celebrate being you with Boots!
Here at Boots, our brilliant Pride Alliance Business Resource Group have been working to raise awareness, break down stereotypes and build confidence on LGBTQ+ issues in our business. We continue to work with Stonewall through its Global Diversity Champions programme. Each year, we benchmark our LGBTQ+ inclusion work through the Stonewall UK Workplace Equality Index and use feedback to understand what best practice looks like, as well as, review our progress and look at opportunities to develop our approach.

Free to be with Boots
Express yourself and celebrate Pride with Boots. Pride is an all-year-round celebration for us, where we champion the inclusion of sexuality and gender identity throughout the business. Last year, we took part in some fabulous events across the UK. Boots staff took to the streets of Nottingham, the heart of our business, to attend the city's 2025 Pride parade.
