Here at Boots, our brilliant Pride Alliance Business Resource Group has been working to raise awareness, break down stereotypes and build confidence on LGBTQ+ issues in our business. We continue to work with Stonewall through its Global Diversity Champions programme. Each year, we benchmark our LGBTQ+ inclusion work through the Stonewall UK Workplace Equality Index and use feedback to understand what best practice looks like, as well as review our progress, and look at opportunities to develop our approach. Loud and proud in London
Express yourself and celebrate Pride with Boots. Pride is an all-year-round celebration for us, where we champion sexuality and gender identity inclusion throughout our entire business, and last year we took part in some fabulous events across the UK.
In London this summer, Boots took part in the city’s Pride march, celebrating with the wider LGBTQ+ community. Feel comfortable in your own skin and discover the ways we celebrated Pride and support the LGBTQ+ community all year round.
Not(ts) a dull moment
We also celebrated Pride in Nottingham, the heart of our business. Boots staff took to the streets of Nottingham to attend the city’s 2024 Pride parade, where Boots was a corporate sponsor for the 4th year. We hosted a stall to share information about the ongoing work we do to support the LGBTQ+ community and had a fabulous time listening to your stories and experiences.
