Why can't you process my order?
Our online pharmacy team are working hard to minimise the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on our prescription services. However, due to unprecedented demand, we’re currently having to limit the number of repeat prescription orders we accept each day to ensure this service runs as smoothly as possible. We’re doing this to protect our customers and colleagues and to make sure we can responsibly manage the demand for prescriptions in the safest way possible.
