Boots Parenting Club and Jet2Holidays terms & conditions
- Entrants must be over the age of 18, be a UK resident. Not open to residents of Jersey, Channel islands, Isle of Man and Guernsey.
Employees and the immediate family of Boots UK Limited, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize are ineligible to enter. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. - Prize draw opens at 00:01am on 29th May 2024 and closes 11.59pm 26th June 2024.
- One winner will be selected to win the prize. For the winner to be contacted and the prize to be distributed, an email address is required. Please ensure your Advantage Card account details are up to date. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. You must still be a member of Parenting Club with a valid linked email address by 26th June 2024 to be in with a chance of winning.
- One entry per person. Boots Parenting Club members can enter the prize draw at www.boots.com/parenting-club-holiday-competition by entering their name and email address.
- When entering the Prize Draw via either the Boots .com entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be transferred to Jet2holidays (where applicable) and retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
- A Boots employee will randomly select the winner using a computer-generated method after the 26th June 2024. The winner will be notified by Jet2holidays on or before 4th July 2024 by email. The winner must respond to accept the prize by 9th July 2024. If they do not, another winner will be drawn. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If an entry is drawn that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, it shall be disqualified and shall not be awarded a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner in the same manner. This process will be followed until an eligible and responsive prize winner is selected.
- The promoter will, on request, make available details of winner to Jet2holidays. If you object to your surname and county being made available on request in the event of winning, you must notify the promoter by contacting boots.customercare_team@boots.co.uk. The winner’s details will be obtained from Boots database and shared with Jet2holidays for the purpose of providing the prize. For a list of prize winners, please write to boots@winnerslist.co.uk after 26th June 2024.
- The promoter of the prize draw is Boots UK Limited (registered number: 928555), 1 Thane Road, Nottingham NG90 1BS. Jet2holidays shall be the “Prize Provider” responsible for the Jet2holiday element of the prize draw only. By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms.
- Your details can still be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority, should it request this information, to assess compliance with the CAP Code.
Privacy Statement:
Boots will collect your name and email address for the purposes of the prize draw. Your personal data will be stored until 29th May 2025 unless we are required to hold it for longer for legal reasons. By entering the prize draw, you consent to your data being shared with teams internally, for the processing of your entry but we assure you that Boots will never sell your personal data and keeping it safe is our top priority. Boots will provide the winner’s details to Jet2holidays for the fulfilment of the Jet2holidays prize.
The Jet2holidays Prize:
1. The winner will win:
a. a 7 night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above) and 2 children (aged up to 11 at date of return) in a Superior Garden View Room on an all inclusive basis at the Ela Excellence Resort Belek, Turkey. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Antalya, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
b. This prize must be booked by 31st August 2024 and taken and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):
15th September 2024 – 4th November 2024 or
1st April 2025 – 5th June 2025 or
15th September 2025 – 3rd November 2025
2. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
3. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
4. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
5. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
6. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
7. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
8. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
9. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.
10. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
General:
11. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policyhttp://www.jet2.com/privacy).

13. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
