1One SlimFast Vi+ality shake contains 4g of vegetable fibre (inulin), a third of your daily suggested intake of 12g, which, if eaten regularly as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied balanced diet, has been shown to contribute to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency.

How to use
A. Take 240ml of cold water.
B. Add 4 level scoops of powder (60g) to the water (scoop in pouch).
C. Shake well for approximately 20 seconds. For best results use a shaker or blender and ice.
