What does it do?
Essential fatty acids are not naturally produced by the body so it’s important to obtain them through your diet or supplements. EPA & DHA are Omega 3 fatty acids: DHA supports healthy brain function and healthy vision with the beneficial effect obtained by a daily intake of 250 mg. When combined, DHA & EPA support healthy heart function with the beneficial effect obtained by a daily intake of 250 mg. Our high strength formula meets the recommended levels to achieve the beneficial effect.

How to use
