30 day returns
We work hard to offer the best quality products and specialist expertise so that you can be completely confident in your purchase. But if you're not happy with your purchase, no problem, we'll help you find something else you love or your money back. Just return your product to store with proof of purchase within 30 days.
12 month warranty on all glasses & sunglasses
For complete peace of mind against manufacturing defects, just return with proof of purchase within 12 months of collection and we'll replace them for you.
Lifetime glasses care
We'll check and adjust the fit, make minor adjustments, and even give them a clean as part of our inclusive glasses care service. There's no limit to the number of times you use this so feel free to pop into store when you need to.

Terms & conditions30 day returns
• If you are unhappy with your purchase from Boots Opticians for any reason you can return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from collection, and we will help you find a suitable alternative or your money back
• Any returned items must be in undamaged condition
• Guarantee excludes Contact Lens Rewards Plan direct debit purchases
• If you choose an alternative product which is a higher price than your original purchase you will need to pay the difference, or we will refund you the difference if the price is lower. This includes any savings for glasses purchased as part of our half price additional pairs offer
• If you earned Boots Advantage Card points when you purchased the product(s) you are returning, these will be amended in line with the price of your alternative product
• All glasses and sunglasses are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Return your faulty product within 12 months with proof of purchase and we’ll replace it for you
• The warranty does not apply to any defects as a result of misuse, or if the product has been modified or repaired by any other service/optical provider
• Lifetime glasses care includes nose pad adjustment and replacement, frame adjustment, side adjustment, screws tightening, glasses fitting and lens cleaning
• There is no limit to the number of times you can use our lifetime glasses service
