Automatic Safety Shut-Off


This appliance has an automatic shut off feature for added safety. If the appliance is switched on for more than 72 minutes continuously, then it will automatically switch off. If you wish to continue using the tong after this time, simply slide the switch to the ‘0’ position, then slide the switch to the heat setting you require. This will turn on the tong and you can continue to style your hair.

Enriched with keratin proteins and marula oil, this heat protectant packs five benefits into one: reduces frizz, detangles knots, boosts shine, adds softness and minimises flyaways, as well as offering up to 230°C heat protection.

How to use

  • Towel dry and detangle the hair.

  • Use TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Heat Protect Spray for heat protection up tp 230°C during styling.

  • Always ensure your hair is completely dry before use. Never use the ceramic styler on wet hair.

  • Slide the switch to ‘I’ to turn the appliance on.

  • The hair straightener will heat up in 15 seconds. The On indicator light will illuminate once the temperature setting has been reached.

  • After use, switch off and unplug the appliance. Leave to cool on the heat mat provided and allow to fully cool down before storing away.
