How to use
Diffuser blend: add 6-8 drops of Lavender to your diffuser to create a soothing and calming atmosphere. It is also helpful for relieving symptoms of coughs and colds.
Massage blend - add up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil, perfect for a relaxing bedtime massage
Skin blend - add 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for a facial blend or up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil for use on the body. Beneficial for all skin types.
Bath blend - add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil. Add to your bath water and swirl to disperse. This will make at least 3 baths.
Inhalation - useful as a facial steam, add 3 drops of Lavender to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Application not suitable for athmatics, instead use a diffuser.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Lavender is safe to use throughout pregnancy. Best kept in a cool dry place. Once opened, use within 12 months. Naturally occurring allergens: Limonene, Linalool. May produce an allergic reaction.
