How to use

Diffuser Blend – Add 6-8 drops of Rosemary to your diffuser to create a stimulating and motivational atmosphere. It is also helpful for relieving the symptoms of coughs and colds.

Massage Blend – Add up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. This can be relieving for muscular aches and pains.

Bath Blend – Add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil. Rosemary is soothing for muscular aches and pains. Add to your bath water and swirl to disperse. This will make at least 3 baths.

Inhalation – Useful for relieving head colds and nasal congestion, add 3-5 drops of Rosemary to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. This application is not suitable for asthmatics, instead use in a diffuser.

Hazards and Cautions

For external use only. Rosemary should not be used by people with epilepsy or high blood pressure. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Best kept in a cool dry place. Naturally occurring allergens: Limonene, Linalool. May produce an allergic reaction.
