How to use

Step 1: Step into a bath infused with 1 capful or 2 of Total De-Stress Bath Oil. Breathe in the balancing aromas of Geranium, Orange and Nutmeg as you close your eyes, lie back and let the cares of the day wash away.

Step 2: After your bath, warm your Total De-Stress Massage and Body Oil between your palms. Close your eyes and breathe in the aroma. Massage into your skin with gentle sweeping movements and feel calm and comforted.
