Eligibility
1. Entrants to this competition must be aged 18 or over. The competition is open to residents of UK & ROI.
2. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter and anyone professionally associated with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Only one entry per person. No bulk or 3rd party entries accepted. Anyone entering more than once including but not limited to; using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised (automated) system will be disqualified from the prize draw.
4. By signing up to the wait list of the Soap and Glory’s ‘Home Is Where The Spa Is’ Star Gift you will be entered into the prize draw and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
The Prize
5. Win £200 of Soap and Glory Christmas Gifts (for the UK winner) OR €260 (for the ROI winner) of Soap & Glory Christmas Gifts which are: It's Scent To Be, Glow Rush, Home Is Where The Spa Is, Pinkly The Best & Jingle Blooms Limited Edition Toiletry Bag.
6. 20x winners will be selected – ten for the UK & ten for the ROI.
7. 10x UK winner will win £200 of Soap & Glory Christmas Gifts
8. 10x ROI winner will win €260 of Soap & Glory Christmas Gifts.
9. Entry is via signing up to the Soap & Glory ‘Home Is Where The Spa Is’ Star Gift waitlist & agreeing to the terms & conditions of the waitlist & competition.
10. Responsibility will not be accepted for the loss, delay or corruption of any data in transit, or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
The Promotional Period
11. Prize draw opens on 21/10/2022. The prize draw closes on 04/11/2022 at 11:59pm.
Winner Selection and Notification
12. The winner(s) will be selected after 04/11/2022 at random by a member of the Soap & Glory marketing team.
13. The winner(s) will be notified on 08/11/22 by email. Winners must respond by email by 15/11/2022. Failure to respond by that date means an alternate winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
14. The prize will be posted to the winner by 22/11/2022 and confirmation sent via email.
15. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final.
16. The promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (Surnames and Counties of residence). If you object to your Surname and County being made available on request, in the event of being a prize winner, you must notify the promoter by stating so via email response to being notified of winning. Your details can still be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority or the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland should they request this information to assess compliance with the CAP/advertising Code. 17. In the event of any dispute, the Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
