Ideal for both sweet and savoury preparations, thanks to the three different types of whisks included. Two wire whisks, for airier textures such as whipped cream; two flat whisks, ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases; and two dough hooks for leavened products such as pizza or bread. The control panel is embellished with a backlit LED display, ready to show off your speed selected and the time of use. For maximum flexibility, there are up to nine speed levels to choose from and a turbo function which is ideal for heavy mixtures. The clever smooth start action also keeps dry ingredients from escaping the bowl, so you don't end up covered in flour!
