Lavandin contains Linalool and Linalyl Acetate known to promote relaxation.
Buddhawood known to have a calming and centring effect, promoting balance and harmony.
Valerian known for its calming effect, widely used to promote good quality sleep.

How to use

Sprinkle a handful of salts into warm running water.

How to recycle: Outer carton can be recycled, however please remove the inside pouch beforehand as this cannot be recycled and should be disposed of.

Magnesium promotes muscle relaxation.
