SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0% to 10% incline and your 0-19 KPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The CoolAire™ has three modes of intensity - low, medium, and high - so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. The built-in 7” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories.
