Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. 

Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.  The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA. Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle should be carried out to help maintain normal health.
