What is acne ?

Acne is a common skin condition that affects most people at some point in their lives. It can develop on the face, back or chest and causes different types of spots, oily skin and sometimes skin that’s painful to touch. Although acne is very common in teenagers and younger adults, it can develop at any age. Symptoms often improve as people get older but can continue on in adult life.

Our online clinic offers a simple way to access prescription-only medicines to help treat acne. The clinic may be able to help people aged between 16 and 65 who have mild or moderate acne*. If you fall outside of this age group or you have severe acne, please see your doctor.
