Apple cider vinegar has been used in foods for flavoring and preservation for more than 5000 years. The apple cider vinegar in this tablet is produced by selecting and picking apples, which are then cold pressed into must, which is fermented into vinegar by adding “Mother of vinegar” - an acetic acid bacteria. The apple cider vinegar is then dried into a fine powder.

The tablet, which is manufactured in Sweden, contains apple cider vinegar powder in combination with globe artichoke and dandelion extracts, plus chromium. Furthermore, artichoke helps to support a good digestion, including of lipids, and function of the intestinal tract and may help to decrease the level of blood lipids.
