How to use

To get the full Perfect Night's Sleep Bath Foam experience, create your own pre-sleep haven - we like dimming the lights and having a Perfect Night's Sleep Scented Candle beside us. Utter bliss!

Pour a capful into running water to create your natural bubble bath with essential oils
Soak for at least 10 minutes
Use some simple breathing techniques…breathing in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 seconds, helping you prepare for those extra ZZZ's.
