What is collagen?

Collagen is a protein that's mainly found in skin, hair, nails, and other connective tissues in the body, making it the most abundant protein in humans and mammals. It's slightly different to whey and casein protein because it has a high level of the amino acids, glycine, proline, hydroxyproline and arginine.

How to use

Add 25g (approx. 1 scoop) to 250ml of water or milk and consume 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
