HOW TO USE
Gently massage onto dry skin. Rinse well with warm or cool water.

Panthenol - maintains skin moisture, smooths skin roughness, soothes and helps to reduce redness. 
Oat kernel oil - contains skin mimicking lipids, antioxidants and essential fatty acids to lock moisture into the skin.
