COCOA SMOOTHIE

Combine your favourite ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!

SUPER REDS SMOOTHIE

  • 3 flat scoops of Mbody Super Red Superfood + Soy Plant Protein Powder
  • 120g frozen red berries
  • 100ml almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of nut butter
  • 1 tbsp of chia or flax seeds 
  • Half a banana 
  • Ice (optional)

  • 120g pineapple or mango 
  • 100ml coconut water

  • 1 banana
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
  • Ice (optional) 

CHOCOLATE CHERRY SMOOTHIE

  • 100g cherries (stones removed)
  • A handful of spinach
  • 100ml milk or chocolate almond milk 

MANGO AND GINGER SMOOTHIE

  • 1 banana
  • 100g mango 
  • 2cm fresh ginger
  • 150ml almond milk 

SUPER BERRY AND KIWI SMOOTHIE

  • 2x kiwi fruit
