Discard if the mat becomes damaged. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE When in use, the cooling effect will last for 1 hour (approx.). To recharge, leave in a cool area for at least 1 hour. For best performance, cool the mat as much as possible before reuse. CARE INSTRUCTIONS To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.
