Because waterproof mascara tends to dry out your lashes over time and can also cause lash fall out when removing, Huda was inspired to create a topcoat that would waterproof your mascara on-demand!
How to use
Step 1: Apply mascara & wait for it to completely dry.
Step 2. Evenly apply topcoat from root to tip of lashes, on top of your fave mascara.
Step 3. Let it set for 30 seconds.
Step 4. Remove with WISHFUL's Clean Genie Cleansing Balm

- Wipe off any excess formula from the brush before applying!
- Apply all over your top & bottom lashes, or just on specific areas where your mascara tends to smudge!
