How to use

Flow Heads

  • Medium - Made with closed-cell PU foam, this forgiving, non-porous & hygienic head is perfect for all over body use and more sensitive areas.
  • Fork - Perfect for the spine, lower neck and achilles' tendon along with major muscle groups like the calves and quadriceps.
  • Bullet - It's small diameter is perfect for focused muscle treatment, to pinpoint trigger points and work them away.
  • Hammer - The jack of all trades head, the hammer is designed for overall body treatment and larger more dense muscle groups.

Before undertaking a Flow massage please first obtain approval from your doctor if any of the following apply: Pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, perpheral neuropathy, wearing of pace-makers, recent surgery, epliepsy or migranes, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondyolysis, or spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUD's, metal pins or plates or any other concerns about your physical health. Not for use by 13 year olds and under.
